Working in collaboration with Kathy Casey Food Studios and DNC Parks and Resorts, Ripbang Studios analyzed an existing under-performing hotel restaurant property in West Yellowstone, MT. Taking a comprehensive view, we proposed a new restaurant with a new brand. Through the design of the architecture, the selection of materials, the food concept and presentation, the former “Oregon Short Line” has been transformed into a new customer experience called “The Branch Restaurant and Bar.”
